Claire is Chief Operating Officer of Preferred Capital Securities, LLC and President of Preferred Shareholder Services. Claire is a seasoned executive in the financial services industry with deep financial and regulatory experience. Claire previously served as a Managing Director in the Assurance Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. During her 20+ year career in financial services, she advised a range of clients, from start-up businesses to multinational corporations, both privately held and publicly traded. She has extensive experience serving super regional banks, community banks, broker dealers, mortgage companies, payments & technology companies, asset management companies and funds.

Claire has a BS in Accounting from Auburn University and a Masters of Accountancy from Auburn University.  She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Georgia and Alabama
